Yes! The Case Converter uses safe Unicode transformation methods. It correctly handles accented characters, Cyrillic, Greek, and safely ignores characters that don't have cases (like Chinese, Japanese, and emojis).
Capitalized Case simply capitalizes the first letter of every single word. Title Case is smarter—it capitalizes the first letter of words, but leaves "minor" words (like "a", "an", "the", "and", "in", "of") lowercase unless they start a sentence.
