It rewrites the internal structure of the PDF document, packs objects into streams, and strips out unused metadata or unreferenced objects left behind by incremental saves.
If your PDF is already well-optimized or consists mainly of high-resolution images, structural cleanup won't reduce its size. In some cases, re-serializing the PDF graph can slightly increase the file size. This tool does NOT perform image downsampling or JPEG recompression.
