Kreate Typography Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Kreate Typography web workspace, mobile applications, or associated creative utilities (collectively, the "Service"), provided by KreateKode ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Kreate Typography is a specialized typography transformation utility, emoji finder, symbol matrix, text composer, and high-resolution graphic card export tool. All transformations and renderings are executed on-device in client-side memory using standard Unicode specifications.

3. Eligibility

The Service is made available to individuals worldwide for personal, educational, artistic, and commercial purposes. There are no minimum age restrictions for standard client-side usage; however, if you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Permitted Use (Personal & Commercial)

We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, copy, display, and distribute any text, styled phrases, or graphic cards generated through Kreate Typography:

• Personal Use: Social media bios, Discord channel names, gaming clan tags, captions, messaging, and forum signatures.
• Commercial Use: Marketing collateral, branding campaigns, YouTube thumbnails, video titles, game development assets, and digital merchandise.
• Zero Royalties: You are not required to pay licensing fees or royalties for content produced using Kreate Typography.

5. User-Generated Content & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your content. KreateKode claims no intellectual property rights, ownership, or copyright over the text you input or the converted output generated by the Service. Because all processing occurs locally on your device, KreateKode never possesses or stores your creations.

6. Generated Typography & Unicode Standard

Kreate Typography generates styled text by mapping standard Latin alphanumeric characters into standardized Unicode code points (such as Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols U+1D400–U+1D7FF and Enclosed Alphanumerics U+2460–U+24FF).

Unicode characters are public domain computational standards governed by the Unicode Consortium. No individual or entity possesses proprietary ownership over individual Unicode glyphs.

7. Emoji & Symbol Usage Rights

Emoji glyphs and universal symbols displayed within Kreate Typography are rendered using your local operating system's system font stack (e.g. Apple Color Emoji, Noto Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji). Visual appearance may vary across different platforms and hardware.

8. Exported Image Cards & Attribution

High-resolution 3.0x PNG image cards generated through the export tool are completely yours to publish, share, or sell:

• Attribution: While we appreciate mentions of Kreate Typography or KreateKode, attribution is never legally required for personal or commercial projects.
• Watermarks: You may toggle or omit aesthetic watermark labels on exported cards at your discretion.

9. Intellectual Property of KreateKode

All software code, application architecture, proprietary interface designs, trademarks, service marks, the official Kreate Typography logo lockup, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of KreateKode. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or replicate our proprietary software binaries or web codebase without prior written authorization.

10. Prohibited Activities & Misuse

You agree not to use Kreate Typography to:

• Generate deceptive unicode homoglyphs for phishing, spoofing, or fraudulent credential harvesting.
• Bypass platform safety filters to generate hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content on third-party networks.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the web delivery infrastructure of KreateKode.

11. Service Availability & Releases

While we strive for continuous availability, Kreate Typography is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Features marked as "Coming Soon" or "Under Active Release Gate" (such as mobile application store listings) are subject to testing schedules and platform review timelines without guaranteed launch dates.

12. Disclaimers & Technical Limitations

KreateKode makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that Unicode text generated by Kreate Typography will render identically on all legacy operating systems, screen readers, or third-party platforms that lack complete Unicode font support.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KreateKode and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Kreate Typography after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
